Electronic components are the main building blocks of any electronic device. Without them, there would be no computers, smartphones or TVs. They are used in a wide variety of industries, such as aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer electronics and medical devices.

Some examples of popular electrical components include:
Resistors (variable resistors) – These resistors have a fixed resistance value but they can be adjusted by moving the slider back and forth with your finger or other tools like screwdrivers etc.
Capacitors (electrolytic capacitors) – These capacitors store electric charge in them for a longer period of time when compared to other types of capacitors like ceramic capacitors. An electrolytic capacitor is made up of two metal plates with an insulating layer between them which allows only specific types of ions to pass through it thus storing electric charge inside it during use.
